Liz Koiva is the Owner/Broker and has been involved with the real estate industry since 1985 combining her experience as co-owner of Nordic Builders of Tolland, LLC. Nordic Builders Realty frequently will list a client’s current home while their new dream home or townhome is being completed. We also list resale properties and/or land.
Liz is available as a both a seller’s agent as well as a buyer’s agent if the properties we offer may not meet your timeframe for occupancy and/or specifications. She is happy to represent you to assist in locating the perfect home for you. Her experience and knowledge of the construction industry and homebuilding process is an added plus. Other members of our agency include Tom Zerio, a licensed Realtor who represents clients in the Tolland and Hartford County area.
